With a passion for entrepreneurship, I direct our company's strategy towards providing practical and impactful solutions for business owners and management teams. I originally trained in large company operations during my tenure with Deloitte, a Big 4 audit and advisory services firm. I rounded out my expertise with emerging company operations and developed a deep-rooted connection with entrepreneurs, through a variety of positions with notable venture capital firms in Southern California. Having worked in direct CFO and COO roles at venture-backed and privately-owned start-up companies, I understand of the pitfalls and hardships of small business operations and have amassed a collection of tools, tricks and resources to help companies overcome hurdles while planning for growth in the early stages. I'm at my finest when working with business owners and management teams, helping them to identify critical success factors and providing them with practical solutions to achieve their goals.

In my role overseeing client services and training programs, I thrive on cultivating relationships with clients and I excel at translating financial information into plain-speak. I also manage all of Insight's internal operations. Before tackling the financial world I spent more than 10 years managing projects in fields ranging from clinical research to large-scale public events and non-profit fundraisers. This breadth of professional experience has mainly revolved around developing creative solutions for all types of business, and I continue to approach projects with the same level of resourceful problem solving. My education includes a degree from California State University, Fullerton where I graduated with honors.
